Hip Aesthetics Methods

Hip Liposuction

Excess fat around the hips (flanks, lower back, upper thighs) is aspirated to correct contour and enhance hip definition. It can be used alone or combined with other methods.

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL – Fat Transfer)

Fat harvested from other areas of the body (abdomen, waist, flanks) is processed and then injected into the hips, slimming the donor area while enlarging and shaping the hips. It is a highly preferred method because it uses the patient's own natural material.

Hip Implant

For patients without sufficient fat tissue, a silicone implant is placed within the hip to achieve permanent volume.

Hip Lift

Procedure Steps (BBL Example)

1. Assessment

Body fat distribution, hip anatomy, and the desired shape are evaluated; donor areas are identified.

2. Anesthesia

General anesthesia is administered. The procedure takes 2–4 hours.

3. Fat Harvesting and Processing

Fat collected via liposuction is centrifuged and processed under sterile conditions.

4. Fat Transfer

The processed fat is injected into different layers of the hip using specialized cannulas; symmetry and fullness are ensured.
